An Economic Efficient and Cost Effective Heating Solution
In the world of propane gas heaters, things have changed since the days of your
parents or grandparents. Today people are using these types of heaters in homes,
businesses, outdoors, on construction sites, as supplemental, permanent and
alternative heat sources. Not only have the uses changed with increased
versatility, but the look is more appealing to the eye. Thus, people are using
propane gas heaters for residential and commercial existing and add on spaces.
There are also ceiling style units, which appear to be most favored in garage
heaters, commercial and residential. Some propane gas heaters are vented, some
have thermostats and some are stand alone floor models which are better suited
for open spaces. If you choose the floor model, there are some with various
safety and tilt mechanisms available. Would you like to add a cozy fireplace to
one or more area in your space but have found the price to be prohibitive?
Propane gas heaters are a clean source of heat. The value, convenience and
quality of service verses the cost is a real plus in this economy. Do your
homework. Ask yourself some basic questions. In an economy of rising fuel and
heating costs, could I cut my heating costs by adding propane gas heaters to my
residential or commercial environment? Could I increase the functionality of my
existing spaces with propane gas heaters? Are there spaces that I tend not to
use for lack of adequate heating?
Now that you have some clear criteria, let’s take a survey of your space. For
the sake of this article we will use a basic four (4) bedroom house with a
garage and basement. If you do not have blank paper available, visualize in your
mind as you read along. At night, some family members such as the elderly,
infants or cold sensitive may require more heat than others. You may have been
trying to figure out a way of giving them their own private source of heat. I am
sure you have noticed that the farther rooms are away from the furnace the
harder it may be to maintain even temperatures in those rooms, especially on
frigid days and nights. There is the one bedroom that no matter what you do, it
just requires more blankets than others. What about that lovely sunny room on
the other side of the house? Do you avoid that room when the sun is not out?
Your family is growing and you would like to possibly move but the real estate
market is just not what it used to be. Why not add a room? Would it be more cost
effective to convert a garage, basement area or attic? How will you adequately
and cost effectively heat this new area? You have a lovely yard and would like
to make your outdoor space more livable by adding a garden room, sunroom or a
lounge style patio. While there is cost in making these adjustments the value of
return in usage is low because of the lack of available or affordable heating.
You would like your master bedroom so much more if you could have some
attractive source of heat for relaxing or romantic evenings. The cost of adding
a fire place or artificial low volume heater compared to the value of return in
usage just does not meet your desired expectations. What about that man room you
have wanted to create in your garage with sports TV, wet bar, a few easy chairs,
bar stools, nice tool cabinets and so on? On those cold days and nights even
your best friend will not sit in there with you for beer and sports. Maybe, what
you would really like is to create a theater room or entertainment center in
your home. Again, the cost of adding heat is simply prohibitive. If you live in
an area where your power sometimes go out and you need a heating source which
does not require electricity, you have guessed it. What is the answer for all of
this? Propane gas heaters could possibly solve your problem at a very economical
cost with a very heat efficient and attractive unit. The nice thing about these
heaters is that you can either install or simply add one to your desired room or
area at a very reasonable cost with an appropriately attractive unit.
Propane gas heaters may not solve every problem on your list, with a little investigation, you may find that they are a solution
to many heating needs and will open opportunities for more living comfort in your residential and commercial spaces, cost
effectively. Why not make a list of your possible needs? Then look over our list of products and features. It does not have to be
cold any more. |
